At Sabe2, we value your trust and are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy.


🎫 Digital Vouchers

All products on Sabe2 are digital vouchers (cards/codes) that are delivered electronically upon purchase. Once delivered, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

So please make sure before payment:

  • You select the correct product
  • You choose the correct country store
  • You pay in the correct currency
  • You use your preferred payment method

💸 When is a refund possible?

Refunds are only accepted in cases of errors on our part, such as:

  • Voucher not delivered
  • Invalid or non-working code

In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.


⏱️ Delivery & Claim Window

Digital vouchers are delivered to your account within 24 hours after successful payment.

If you didn’t receive your voucher, you must file a complaint through:

  • Our website
  • In-app chat support

Note: If no complaint is submitted within 24 hours, it will be considered delivered, and no refund or claim will be accepted afterward.
