Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is strict and designed to protect both customers and the platform from misuse or fraud.
🎫 1. Digital Products
All products offered on Sabe2 are digital cards and electronic codes delivered instantly or within a short period after purchase.
Once a code has been delivered, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
Please ensure the following before completing your payment:
- Selecting the correct product
- Choosing the correct region/country for the code
- Using the correct currency
- Using a valid payment method owned by the customer
💸 2. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund will only be issued in the following situations:
- The customer did not receive the digital product
- The delivered code is invalid or does not work (verified by the service provider)
In such cases, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used in the original order.
Store credit may be issued only upon customer request.
⏱️ 3. Delivery Time & Claim Window
- Digital products are delivered within 24 hours after successful payment.
- If the product is not received within this time, the customer must submit a complaint through the website or app.
- If no complaint is submitted within 24 hours of payment, the order is considered delivered successfully, and no claims will be accepted afterward.
🚫 4. Payment Provider Disputes (Chargebacks)
Before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider, customers must contact us first.
We will review the case and resolve the issue promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to:
- Permanent account suspension
- Rejection of future orders
- Legal action in cases of suspected fraud
