🔐 Account & Usage

• You must register with your full name to avoid future request rejections.
• Digital vouchers can be redeemed once only and are non-refundable.
• Codes are case-sensitive – make sure you enter them exactly as provided.

🚫 Responsibility & Disclaimer

• All vouchers issued or shown from Sabe2 are final and non-returnable.
• Sabe2 is not liable for incorrect purchases caused by false or inaccurate information entered by the user.
• We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by misuse of vouchers.

📦 Digital Top-Up Orders

• Customers are responsible for confirming the product before purchasing top-up services.
• If an overcharge occurs, Sabe2 reserves the right to adjust the balance accordingly.
• No compensation will be given for invalid cards after 15 days from delivery.

🎁 Loyalty Program

• Points earned from purchases are valid for 3 months.
• Points from rewards or gifts are valid for 2 weeks only.
• We may modify or cancel the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to delete fraudulently obtained balances.

💳 Purchase & Payment

• Suspicious transactions will be canceled, refunded, and reported to cybercrime authorities.
• Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process.
• Orders from multiple bank accounts will not be processed.
• Sabe2 is not responsible for inter-bank transfer fees.

📩 Communication & Offers

• By registering, you agree to receive promotional emails from us.
• Promo codes or gifts are valid for 3 days unless stated otherwise.
• If a discount coupon is used, no loyalty points will be awarded for that transaction.
