By accessing or using our platform, you agree to fully comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Please read it carefully before using our services.

🔐 1. Account & Usage Rules

• You must register with accurate and verifiable information. Any misleading data may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
• All digital cards and vouchers are one-time use products and cannot be returned once the code has been delivered.
• The customer is responsible for entering the code exactly as received, including proper capitalization.
• Sharing accounts or using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

🚫 2. Responsibilities & Limitations

• All digital products provided through Sabe2 are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once delivered.
• Sabe2 is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information entered by the customer.
• We are not liable for losses caused by misuse of codes, incompatibility of regions, or unauthorized account access.
• In cases of suspected fraud, Sabe2 reserves the right to cancel the order and file an official report with authorities.

📦 3. Digital Delivery Policy

• The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the digital product is compatible with their region or store before purchasing.
• If additional balance is added due to incorrect information, Sabe2 reserves the right to adjust or recover the difference.
• No claims regarding invalid or incorrect codes will be accepted after 15 days of delivery.
• Service changes made by external platforms (PlayStation, Google, etc.) are outside our responsibility.

🎁 4. Loyalty Program

• Points earned from purchases are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
• Points earned from gifts or promotions are valid for 14 days.
• Sabe2 may modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
• Any points obtained fraudulently or due to system errors will be removed.

💳 5. Payments & Transactions

• Any suspicious order will be reviewed immediately, and Sabe2 may request identity verification or cancel the transaction.
• Refund processing (if applicable) may take up to 21 days depending on the bank or payment provider.
• Orders paid from multiple bank accounts or different cards will not be processed.
• The customer is responsible for any bank transfer or processing fees.

📩 6. Communication & Promotions

• By registering, the user agrees to receive promotional emails and notifications.
• Promo codes or gift vouchers are valid for 3 days unless stated otherwise.
• Loyalty points are not granted for orders where a discount coupon was used.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
